SCS (System Control Software)
The SCS Thermosensorik GmbH system control software is used to control automated systems for non-destructive testing in industrial production. The system control software is integrated in your existing production infrastructure and customized to your special testing requirements. Communication with the production and safety systems or the process control unit can be implemented via a profibus or interbus interface.
The software has an operating and a set-up mode. In operating mode, only data such as shift, component number etc. are entered. In set-up mode, SCS offers comprehensive possibilities for changing the parameters of the IR testing system. This prevents operator error in operation use, and allows you to respond to changing demands by adjusting the parameters in set-up mode.
The SCS system control software can apply various stimulation methods for heat flow thermography and also handles all Thermosensorik GmbH infrared cameras. There is a wide range of plug-ins available for automatic pass/fail recognition. This allows you to flexibly shape and expand the SCS's functionality.
